- Every person holder of a valid residence permit in Europe can leave from its country of residence (France, Belgium, Switzerland(Swiss))

- Every person holder of a valid residence permit in Europe can be accompanied by one or several members of his family even if they are not residents in Europe (member of family = father, mother, children). Ask your agency for information, they can inform and help you according to your situation.

Hajj

A few years ago, it was possible to leave a from a country even if it was another one than your country of residence. But, further to the risks appeared during the pandemic period of the flu A (organization of the spot care, the ability to react, etc.) and by the will of not falsifying  any more the quota of every country, the Saudian consultat refused to grant a visa to every not resident person in the country where the request is made. There are some exceptions  in Europe and it  concerns France and the border villages with Switzerland, which are authorized to leave with an agency even situated in Switzerland.

From where can I get a Hajj visa?

The Hajj application forms are available from your nearest Saudi Consulate. But it is advisable to appoint a licensed travel agent, who will arrange a visa, as well as your travel and accommodation and anything else you may need to perform the Hajj. The travel agent will be responsible for sending your application form to the Saudi Consulate.
