Muzdalifah Tips

Tips
1. Take a sleeping bag and warm blankets (if travelling in the December period), as the cold night air is harsh.
2. Find a place to sleep or lie down as soon as you get to Muzdalifah. We were lucky enough to get there at 7:30pm and had loads of spots to choose from.
3. Don’t eat or drink too much as you really don’t want to be using the toilets in Muzdalifah. There aren’t that many.
4. If you do manage to fall asleep (and I have to say I slept like a baby cradled in the arms of their mother), make sure you wake up well before Fajr as the queue’s are massive and the average wait time can be anywhere from 40 minutes – 60 minutes.
