How to choose one's Hajj or Umrah trip?

Pilgrims should choose whether they desire to be accomodated in single, double, triple or quadruple room in Makkah and Medina. This choice will determine the cost of the trip, as the cost of a single room is higher than the cost of a double one, and so on so forth.

Those who prefer to be accomodated in triple rooms should be patient and cooperative. As for those who choose quadruple room, they should know that such rooms will be narrow. Remember you are sharing the same room and must respect the other's privacies when using your mobile, moving baggages, using the toilet...

Be careful when you choose your travel agency. Seeking advice from relatives or friends who already performed Hajj or Umrah is very important.

Travelling directly to Medina is better than taking a flight to Jeddah because, in this case, you will have to travel from Jeddah to Medina by bus, which is very tiresome.

The Saudi climate is very hot in summer. However, in winter temperature may drop substantially. Therefore, you have to ask about the climate of Saudi Arabia and prepare the appropriate clothing.
