Termination of Umrah season in 2013 and upcoming in 2014
Published in 25.07.13

We regret to inform you that the season of Umrah 2013 (1434 of the Hegira) is hereby terminated by Saudi autorities (The entry visa to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah are blocked two months before the Hajj and two months after the Hajj)
You can plan your Umrah with us, if you wish, from the first day of the month of Safar 1435, which corresponds to 15 December 2013 in our calendar.
The very first time it should see a large crowd most likely will be the day of Mawlid al-Nabawi, to be held on 12 Rabi 'I 1435 to 14 January 2014.

Luxury hotels in Mecca were full for Hajj
Luxury hotels around the Grand Mosque in Mecca were running full for this year's Hajj despite hundreds of new rooms opening. "Makkah Hilton & Towers were a sell-out for the month surrounding Hajj," said Shuja Zaidi, the hotel's general manager and vice president for Hilton Worldwide projects in Saudi Arabia. "We had expected rates to be lower than in 2010 due to the increased supply of hotel rooms in and around the Haram." But demand exceeded supply and rates remained "in line" with last year.
