Dr. Youssef Al-Wabil, the Assistant Deputy President for Affairs of the Grand Mosque announced that the water level of the Zamzam has risen.
According to him, the reason behind this is that many private wells dug by citizens of Al-Shamyia are no longer draining water from the Zamzam Well.
He added to say that Muslims all over the world could be assured that there will not be a shortage of Zamzam water.
Al-Wabil said that there’s enough provision of the Zamzam water at all the distribution points in Mecca and that the presidency provides the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina with tankers of Zamzam water each day.
Additionally , he declared that there are arrangements with the Ministry of Water, to fill containers and cups in orders to provide the enough water provision.
Al-Wabil declared that 50 percent of the first and second floors are allocated for woment to reject the accsusations that women are only offered a small area to pray in.
He added to say that programs are set by Saudi Officials months before the arrival of Medina’s and Mecca’s visitors to ensure the best conditions for pilgrims to perform their rituals.
