Service fees are not a supplement to the price of your package, but deducted from the cost of your package. Service fees help our travel agencies to reduce the number of requests for information, “false bookings” (every month we get a lot of such bookings) and decrease the total cost of the management generated by that.
As the result, it increases transparency of business operation and pilgrimage planning for our travel agencies and helps them to decrease the total cost of travel packages even more. For travel agencies, the number of passengers they will provide services to is much more accurate. And they are sure that for pilgrims, their understanding of the travel package they pay for is much better.

As soon as you finalize the booking process and pay the service fees already included in the total price, you’ll receive immediately by email your booking confirmation with the booking reference. Your seats will be kept like that until the next stage which is sending of your documents to the travel agency (photocopy of your passport, your identity photos and advanced partial payment).
Delay for sending of your documents by post or bringing them directly to the travel agency varies between 3 and 5 days. That delay is stated on the step #2 of your booking process (it depends on the departure date and selected package).
Exact address of your travel agency and telephone number of your group leader will be indicated in the email you’ll get with the booking reference.

For security and reliability reasons you have to pay the service fees at the moment of booking in order to guarantee your seat and the final price of your pilgrimage. Service fees may vary according to different travel agencies, but in any case they are already included in the total price of your package. Amount of the service fees will be deducted from the total cost of your package once paid. You don’t pay anything more than the total cost of your package already displayed at GO-Makkah from the very beginning of the booking process.

All rates displayed at GO-Makkah include all taxes. All rates include VAT.

Credit cards, bank cheques, cash or bank transfers – all these payment modes are available to our customers. Travel agencies have right to accept or refuse this or that payment mode regarding the amount to be paid and payment deadline.

Your booking confirmation is immediate as soon as you enter all required information in the booking form and pay the required amount.
Your seat gets booked for around one week waiting for your documents and the second partial payment in order to complete your visa application.
You have to send all required documents or bring them directly to your travel agency in order to finalize online transaction.

As soon as your travel agency receives your documents it will contact you in order to confirm reception of your documents and finalization of your booking.The group leader will inform you about the next steps (date for sending of your passport if you sent photocopy, date of meetings before Hajj, date and place of meeting in the airport, etc.)

There’s no last date for booking, but, regarding the limited places for each group, booking gets closed as soon as all places get sold.In order to guarantee your seat for the price which is displayed for it, it’s better to book as soon as it’s possible.

In compliance with requirements of Saudi Authorities the only condition for the lady traveling without mahram to Saudi Arabia for Hajj or Umrah it is to be older than 45 year old and traveling in group.

If you want to modify your package (departure date, hotel, etc…) you should do it before your booking finalization.Once you finalize your booking and pay the service fees it will be no more possible to modify your package.
We suggest you to make online request for quotation for individual departure in case if you want to modify any existent package.

Regular flights are scheduled in advance by the airline companies. Regular flights can get stopovers.

Air charter is the business of renting an entire aircraft by the travel agency as opposed to individual aircraft seats. Usually prices of charter flights are less expensive than those of regular ones.

The departure date is fixed in advance, so it’s no more possible to modify it, only if your travel agency can suggest you another date.
You can cancel your booking according to the cancellation conditions mentioned in the contract with your travel agency.

Cancellation conditions are stated in the step #2 of the booking process and in your contract. Generally, you can cancel any moment before one month prior to the date of departure paying some cancellation penalty.After that delay, cancellation penalty gets higher the closer you are to the date of departure. All that information (amounts of cancellation fees according to the cancellation dates) is stated in your contract.

For all departures in group you’ll go with an imam or an experienced group leader who will be responsible for all stages of your pilgrimage (transfers, stay in hotel, etc…) and for our Umrah or Hajj rituals.In Saudi Arabia he will be your main contact person and the guarantee that your Umrah and Hajj go smoothly.

It's mandatory to inform your travel agency before your booking is you have nay special needs.
Travel agency is the only one who is eligible to validate your package (for example, some hotels are not suitable for disabled people). Being aware of all aspects of traveling in Saudi Arabia and knowing well all difficulties during the pilgrimage, your travel agency can judge if you're able to perform pilgrimage in security. We advise you to take into consideration its suggestions and recommendations.
