Un agréable immeuble de quatres ( 04 ) étages se composant de 38 chambres sous forme d’appart-hôtel : Des ensembles de deux ou trois chambres regroupées avec chacune sa propre salle d’eau et une cuisine équipée commune.

Au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve de part et d’autre de la réception d’énormes espaces d’accueil ( plus ou moins 200 m² chacun ) pour les femmes et les hommes aménagés comme salons à la marocaine et équipés de baffles et écrans géants : Lieux dédiés aux conférences.

Cet immeuble se trouve à 3,4 KM du Haram et deux bus minimum sont fournis pour assurer les navettes ( 7 minutes en temps normal ) quasi à chaque prière selon un horaire qui serait affiché.
