GO-Makkah, fidèle au rendez-vous du «Salon Hajj et Omra en Europe 2010», a enregistré une présence remarquable saluée par l'enthousiasme des visiteurs de notre stand et de nombreux contacts avec les professionnels. Cette deuxième édition initiée par l’Association France Pèlerinage (A.F.P.H.O) s'est tenu les 20 et 21 février 2010, à l’espace Champerret – Paris. Le Salon a attiré beaucoup de monde, une foule compacte en fait, s'est déplacée pour rencontrer des agences agréées par le Ministère Saoudien du Hajj, des agences « relai », des réceptifs saoudiens, des institutions officielles françaises et saoudiennes, des entreprises de prestation de services liés au pèlerinage mecquois ainsi que des associations.
GO-Makkah, au cœur de cette édition du salon «Salon Hajj et Omra en Europe 2010» a soulevé l’intérêt des visiteurs séduits et des professionnels qui ont jugé très favorablement de la fiabilité de nos outils de gestion et qui ont suivi notre évolution et notre constance. Les médias étaient aussi intéressés par notre site GO-Makkah et les solutions que nous proposons et ont tenu à discuter avec nous. Nous citerons la Radio France Maghreb qui nous a invité sur son plateau pour un life ou RFI section anglaise et aussi France 3.
L'objectif à atteindre était de se différencier et de permettre aux acteurs principaux du secteur du Hajj en France de découvrir nos services conçus pour répondre à des besoins pertinents en transparence et en facilité d'accès et de gestion des forfaits et offres.
Transparence, communication et modernité sont les mots d'ordre de GO-Makkah, message bien reçu par les agences qui sont de plus en plus nombreuses à nous solliciter et à demander une collaboration qui servira assurément le pèlerin. Une mission réussie puisque les mots transparence et accessibilité sont désormais au cœur du débat et agissent sur les choix des pèlerins des lieux saints de plus en plus éveillés à ces questions et de plus en plus désireux de services liés directs et de qualité.
La minutie avec laquelle le site GO-Makkah a été conçu lui a valu un succès confirmé auprès des visiteurs du Salon qui se sont pressés autour de nos 5 représentants, les débordant de questions et de demandes d'informations.
Témoignage éloquent de la place certainement importante que devrait prendre ce genre de prestations que nous avons développé. Ce fut une belle occasion pour dialoguer directement avec nos internautes et écouter leurs préoccupations.
En effet, les expériences des pèlerins ont toujours été au cœur des solutions que nous développons au profit de la résolution des embarras et inquiétudes soulevés.
La visibilité de notre offre a été assurée aussi auprès des professionnels, chez lesquels, notre volonté d'apporter un outil souscrivant aux besoins d'amélioration des services et prestations en faveur des pèlerins, a gagné bien plus de notoriété. Le Salon a été autant un lieu d'échange entre professionnels, soucieux d'arriver à un consensus sur des thèmes importants tel que le respect du droit à l’information du pèlerin, qu'un lieu de partenariats et de synergies entres différents prestataires de services et instances officielles Françaises et Saoudiennes.
Les représentants de GO-Makkah garderont en esprit, à travers cette participation, les meilleures impressions et les encouragements et remerciements chaleureux du public des pèlerins ainsi que leur immense attente d'un futur rayonnement plein de succès pour notre site web né sous le signe du désir de servir au mieux les intérêts de nos sœurs et frères musulmans.
