During Umrah on the holy month of Ramadan the Saudi authorities put at the disposal of pilgrims Over 5,700 employees that will help them when performing their rituals.

The Saudi officials strive to do their best to allow the pilgrims accomplish their small pilgrimage (Umrah) during the holy month of Ramadan in the best conditions.

All the employees, whether on the Presidency or seasonal workers, will help to ensure the implementation of the arrangements for pilgrims to accomplish pilgrimage rituals in safe and secure conditions.

They will offer any type of help when needed. The employees will answer the pilgrims questions and offer effective pieces of advice.

In short, they will spare no effort to offer their services and serve the pilgrims to assure the smooth run of Umrah.
Saudi authorities declared that trained scouts too will be at the service of pilgrims all along their spiritual journey. Fifty member out of them are trained on ambulance services with the purpose to protect the pilgrims health and deal with emergencies and incidents if they by any means might occur. Many of them are also trained in map reading to guide the pilgrims in case they lose their way.

The Saudi official authorities by this announcement to guarantee  a Ramadan plan which will be able  to offer serenity as well as tranquility for Mecca's visitors to offer  them the opportunity to comfortably perform their rituals.
